A designer tri-level home in Botany has been sold for $2.2 million.

It was sold by Nader Hotait and Phillip Elmowy of Ray White Maroubra/South Coogee

Built just six years ago, the full brick home at 24 Ivt Street offers 277sqm of internal space.

It comprises four bedrooms, multimedia room, family living area, marly kitchen and terrace adjoining green garden.

The home also features automatic garage, climate control, custom storage and video intercom.

It is located within walking distance to Booralee Park, Botany Aquatic Centre, shops and schools.

“To have more than 60 groups through this one and having all four registered bidders on the day compete is pretty impressive and in-keeping with what we’ve seen recently.

“This particular property ticked all the boxes for both upsizers and people looking to check down from a big home - the buyers were downsizers from Randwick," Hotait said.
