A tri-level Victorian terrace in Annandale has been sold for $2.32 million. 

It was sold $320,000 over the reserve price by Matthew Carvalho and Ercan Ersan of Ray white Surry Hills. 

The Terrace 9, 269 Trafalgar Street home comprises of 250 sqm of indoor and outdoor living space. 

It consists of three bedrooms, zoned living and dining areas, entertainer's gas kitchen, private courtyard garden and roof terrace. 

The home also features private entry, dormer windows double garage, and northerly district views.

It is located within close proximity to Jubilee Park, the harbour foreshore, Tramsheds gourmet dining hub and farmers markets.
