The house was architecturally detailed and styled by the late Stuart Rattle of Musk Farm.

The north-orientated garden features a garden house which offers a covered entertaining space with fireplace, a self-contained studio/guest house with kitchenette and ensuite.

The house also comes with the original stables with workshop and storeroom.

The property last sold in June 2011 for $360,000.

The property is offered by Jellis Craig agents Paul Keane and Tom May.
