The former chief of Luxperience and TravelCorp founder Helen Logas is selling Sea Deck, her redundant Hyam's Beach house, having upgraded early last year.

The four bedroom, 2005 built home on the Cyrus Street dress circle had been acting as an $8,000 a week holiday rental in peak season.

Logas had paid $1,051,000 in 2008.

South Coast Properties agent Craig McIntosh is asking $2.99 million.

Logas paid $2.84 million for an absolute beachfront home on the opposite side of the street last year.

The travel industry entrepreneur sold TravelCorp to Brisbane-based travel giant Corporate Travel Management in 2010, following a recorded revenue of $65 million.

She founded Luxperience in 2012, a high end travel company which builds business relationships between the world's most inspiring providers of luxury travel.
