Towal Creek Station in the Macleay Valley sold
The Angus Wagyu cattle farm, Towal Creek Station Currently in the Macleay Valley in Northern NSW, sold for $4.9 million at auction last week.
The 2,305 ha Comara farm is currently running a cattle herd of 700 female breeders.
The comes with renovated homestead and 6km frontage to the Macleay River.
There is a guest cottage and managers home.
It has a fully formed 900m airstrip at the Kempsey location.
It sold through Webster Nolan agent David Nolan.
Comara's top sale was $5 million in 2014 when the Huang family secured their North Coast grazing property from the Fernandes.
Comprising 5567 hectares (13,757ac), Comara Station overlooks Five Day Creek.
