Fitness First founder Tony de Leede was among the off the plan buyers in Bondi's latest residential complex, the Bondi Pacific.

He bought a fourth floor, 220 sqm apartment with curved balcony in 2012 for $3.85 million.

De Leede isn't having to move very far however, now that settlement has occurred.

But he his yet to sell his nearby redundant Campbell Parade beachfront in The Bondi complex which went to December auction.

The apartment bought for $2,725,000 in 2010 has a price guide of in the very high $3 millions through Nicholas Armstrong-Smith at Century 21 Armstrong-Smith.

The fitness industry veteran co-owns Gwinganna Lifestyle Retreat and the Fit N' Fast gyms.
