A Tone Wheeler-designed home at 30 White Street, Lilyfield has been listed for sale.
It was built in 2016 on a quiet street opposite Whites Creek Valley Park.

There was a Norfolk Island pine tree growing just outside the property, which having grown a bit too big for its roots, was cut down with the wood used to make custom joinery.
