Former Gold Coast Titans star Nate Myles has done quite nicely from the sale of his former Palm Beach home having quit the Gold Coast with wife, former Home and Away actor Tessa James.

The now retired NRL star pocketed $937,000 for the Queensland home that cost him $720,000 in 2011.

Myles, who previously owned an apartment in Cronulla and Maroubra, bought the four bedroom Gold Coast home with pool after joining the Gold Coast Titans.

It was around a month before he married James.

Myles and James, who have recently welcomed their first child, have been based in Melbourne since Myles joined for a brief stint in 2016 before hanging up his boots.

Myles retains a number of investment properties in his native Queensland.

His mate and ex-Manly team mate Daly Cherry Evans has an investment at Mermaid Beach.
