Tightly-held Coorparoo house sold for first time in 40 years

A house at Coorparoo has been sold for $1,565,000 making it Brisbane's most expensive sale last weekend.

Located at 79 Buena Vista Avenue, the 809 square metre property was offered for the first time in 40 years.

The property has views of the surrounding area and of the city with a large deck overseeing the equally large backyard.

The four bedroom home was offered to purchasers as having the opportunity to renovate or rebuild with the CBD in close proximity.

The property was offered through ACRU Property agents.
