Singapore-based TV producer Paul O’Hanlon and his partner, Jose Morera, have lowered expectations for the delayed auction of their Seaforth waterfront house.

The expat couple held $4 million hopes through Maria Cassarino, of Stone Real Estate.

Now it's being marketed with a $3.5 million price guidance.

It last sold in 2016 for $3.55 million.

O’Hanlon took up the role as executive producer of Asia’s Got Talent two years ago.
