The co-host of the hit Channel Ten show The Project Peter Helliar has listed his Plenty home 'Plenty Ridge'.

The comedian's modern Melbourne fringe home has a price guide of around $3 million through Daniel Broadbent of Jellis Craig.

Helliar and his wife Bridget have lived at the home for nine years with their three kids.

The resort style home on nearly two hectares has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and numerous luxury features you'd expect from a celebrity home.

It has a wine cellar, cinema, gym, a horizon-edge pool and tennis court, with a large fully self-contained studio also on the estate.
