Just weeks after the series finale, renovators Dan and Dani have been spotted looking around the Melbourne suburb of Kingsville for a home.

The winnings of  Dani Wales and Dan Reilly was $448,000 for the South Melbourne effort and a tidy $220,000 profit after the Bondi series.

One recent sale last weekend went ahead with no sign of them at all.

It was the $570,000 sale of an unrenovated three-bedroom home on Wales Street (pictured below) which was marketed as "just needs a little TLC to transform it back into a prince!"

"We've heard they are looking, but they didn't inspect this one," agent Brooke McFarlane said.

The duo have been used in advertisements promoting the Townsville region project, the North Shore Display Village.
