The Block Sky High buyers face $2234 quarterly body corporate levies

The buyers of the apartments in the Block will be initially asked to pay $8,935 annually, which is $2,234 per quarter.

It was based on a budget has been prepared by Body Corporate Services in consultation with the developer of the building at 142 Park Street.

Watercress, the producers of the Block Sky High, still retain the ground floor apartment.
