Tennis star Rachel McQuillan sells Dudley Bluff beach house

The former champion tennis player Rachel McQuillan and husband Stuart Kelly have sold their luxury Dudley home, Dudley Bluff, for $3.5 million.

Nestled on 4120 sqm on a headland with unrivalled views over the beach, the five bedroom, three bathroom home offers 520 sqm of living space.

Outside the home there's an in-ground solar heated pool, sauna, floodlit championship tennis court and expansive entertaining areas.

Ben Robinson at Robinson Property secured the sale for the Newcastle district couple who had paid $3.2 million in 2008.

McQuillan reached career high rankings of number 28 in singles and number 15 in doubles during her career.
