Tennis champ Pat Rafter sells Woollahra terrace

Former tennis champion Pat Rafter has sold his Woollahra terrace for $2.4 million.

The Wallis Street property was initially listed in June with $2.6 million plus hopes.

The contemporary three-bedroom terrace cost $2.35 million in 2007.

The Noosa-based sportsman previously had his Sydney home on Hopetoun Avenue, Mosman which was sold in 2007 for $7.75 million.
