A whole floor apartment in the Palm Beach, Gold Coast apartment block, Temple Palm Beach has been sold for $3.75 million.

The beach front apartment was sold through Kollosche agent Rob Lamb for what has been the top priced sale so far on the complex.

The four bedroom apartment at 1491 Gold Coast Highway spans 365 sqm across the sixth floor of the beach front block.

It was sold by Pimpana Investments which had previously secured whole floor sales of up to $3.725 million in the complex.

Initial off the plan sales in 2016 started at $3.1 million, according to CoreLogic.

The ground floor apartment sold for $3.5 million in 2017.

The contemporary apartments feature stone and wood throughout while modern luxuries, including a CBUS home automation system in their design by Raunik Design Group.

MCD Australia managed the feasibility, design development, tender and construction.
