The single level Cook Street house has a kitchen that came from Channel 10 (below).

There's the double oven, six-burner gas hotplate along with the wok burner.

It came with floor to ceiling storage and a slide out pantry.

The Manly Daily advised there were four interested parties in the Forestville property that come with a mini-orchard of fruit trees.

Myers-Cooke, a former gardening writer, had spent more than 20 years composting her garden.

It offered avocado, mandarin, passionfruit, lime and Davidson’s plum trees.

Agent Jay Alcock, of First National Frenchs Forest, secured the sale of the three-bedroom house on 854sq m.

There had been a price guide of $1.35 million to $1.485 million.

CoreLogic put the median house price in Forestville at $1.7 million.
