Burnie ranks as cheapest Tasmanian unit locality: Investar
Burnie is the cheapest locality to purchase a unit in Tasmania, according to Investar’s latest report.
The property investment firm says that the median price for a two bedroom unit at Burnie is $145,000.
This is followed by East Devonport with $149,000 for a two bedroom unit and Launceston with $155,000 for a studio or one redroom apartment.
