Tamarama home sells after less than two weeks on the market

A tri-level Tamarama home has sold for $4.15 million, after less than 2 weeks on the market.

Positioned in a quiet cul de sac at 19 Wonderland Avenue, the home features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and uninterrupted views of Tamarama Beach and the ocean.

There is roughly 300 square metres of internal floorspace, and two secure car spaces. 

The home was built in 2008, and in 2018 was had renovation plans approved by the local council.

It is currently tenanted at $2,400 a week.

The sale fell short of the suburbs median house price of $4,971,739.

Rosalia Marasco, from Goodyer Real Estate, listed the property.
