Located on the eighth level of the Connaught building, the north-facing Liverpool Street residence features two bedrooms, an open-plan living area, renovated kitchen, large balcony, and underground car space.
The thirty-storey building, which was completed in 1984, was built by Civil and Civic.
It has a shared resident spa, sauna, gymnasium, and pool with city views.
The flat was previously listed for sale in 2016, but did not find a buyer when briefly offered with $1.45 million hopes.
