It was built by local builder John Walker and designed by Wolveridge Architects Melbourne.

The master built home was short listed in the 2013 Victorian Architecture Awards and has been featured in architecture magazines internationally.

Its location is within close proximity to the Whites Beach, golf course and clubhouse.
