Supercar driver Liam Talbot buys record $5.1 million Chandler home
Supercar driver Liam Talbot and original Hi-5 star Charli Robinson have paid a suburb record $5.1 million for a new home in Chandler.
The home, in the south-east of Brisbane, was built in 2018 on its one hectare block after the former home sold for $1.4 million in 2013.
The new home, dubbed the James Bond House, comes with a 16 car garage.
It spans 1,550 sqm of living space with six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a home theatre, 45 sqm wine cellar, executive home office and an outdoor cinema.
The U-shaped home wraps around a central 11 metre swimming pool flanked by alfresco areas, one complete with an outdoor kitchen and pizza oven.
The home toppled the former Chandler record, set last year when an Archer Street home sold for $4.03 million.
Talbot retains investment properties in Bulimba and Carindale.
