Sunrise's Mark Beretta lists Mosman home
Channel 7 Sunrise sports presenter Mark Beretta has listed his Mosman home, though not to head back to his boyhood city Geelong.
Mark and wife Rachel have already upgraded once in the suburb and are tipped to be doing so again, perhaps closer to the beach.
Andrew Blaxland at Richardson & Wrench Mosman/Neutral Bay has set a November 15 auction with a price range offered to yesterday's initial open for inspection of $4.85 million to $5.35 million.
Some 20 couples went through the home with the advertisement only posted on realestate.com.au late Friday.
Mark has listed the home at a strong time in the Mosman prestige market.
They bought their home in 2011, paying $2.8 million for the home that was built at the turn of the century for the Mosman mayor.
The now transformed Federation home on 659 sqm has five bedrooms, three bedrooms, a sunroom and a number of formal and informal living spaces over its two levels.
There are lovely leadlight window features. Rachel was apparently responsible for the nifty renovation which included relocating the kitchen.

Mark has been effusive in his praise for the suburb, saying it was safe and secure. There's also been strong price growth with CoreLogic putting the median house price at around $3.2 million, up from the $2.2 million when the property last traded five years ago.
The street has seen three sales this year ranging from from $2.6 million to $6.85 million.
Last week's Mosman sales activity saw the former Cockatoo Coal executive chairman Mark Lochtenberg snappily sell his home in just 12 days.
The four bedroom Edwards Bay Road home came with a price guide of $6.5 million to $7 million through McGrath Estate Agents.
He bought it from former Elle editor-in-chief and co-founder of Hush Communications Debbie Coffey and photographer husband Ross for $5.8 million in May last year.
