Rachel Laundy, the ex-wife of hotelier Stuart Laundy, has bought in Darling Point, snapping up a four-bedroom maisonette for $2.55 million at a recent auction where she was the only bidder.

On the dress circle Greenoaks Ave, the two-level home is a three-bedroom residence with self-contained apartment.

The Bradfield Cleary agency secured the sale from Unibail-Rodamco Westfield senior executive David Ruddick.

Rachel, who has four children with Stuart, hasn’t owned property since the matrimonial home in Mosman sold for $4.8 million in 2014 after their 2013 split.
