Stephen St Baker's Balinese-style home listed for sale
A Balinese-inspired Brisbane trophy home, belonging to the son of Trevor St Baker, has hit the market.
Set on an expansive 5,800 sqm block, the five-bedroom, three-bathroom home in Queensland’s Camp Hill seeks offer before October 6.
Businessman Trevor St Baker’s son Stephen has substantially improved the property since his $2.91 million purchase in September 2018.
Offering privacy, the Camp Hill property backs onto the Seven Hills Bushland Reserve.
Landscaped gardens, fishponds and a 20kW solar system with Tesla Power Wall are among other features of the resort-style residence.
Stephen currently sits on the board of directors for his father’s company Tritium as well as St Baker Energy Managers Pty Ltd.
The St Baker family wealth came in the energy sector, with the development of ERM Power which operated Australia-wide and internationally.
ERM is now one of Australia’s largest power development companies and the only energy retailer licensed to sell electricity to small businesses in all Australian states.
It is now owned by Shell, who completed the acquisition of the commercial and industrial electricity retailer in November 2019.
Shell plans to rebrand ERM to Shell Energy in the future.
The home is listed through Place Bulimba agent Brenton Faehrmann.
