Stayz co-founder Audrey Hunt lists Dural acreage

Audry Hunt, co-founder of holiday letting giant Stayz, has listed her luxury Dural acreage.

The main residence has five bedrooms, home theatre, office and library.

There’s also a three bedroom abode, along with pool and tennis court set in its established gardens.

Lumby Hampson Dural agents Will Hampson and Kate Lumby are marketing the Uralla Road home which saw over 20 buyer enquiries within the first day of listing.

The median price for Dural houses over the past year has been $1,382,500 based on 82 home sales, according to CoreLogic.

Compared to five years ago, the median price is still up 58%, which equates to a near 10% compound annual growth rate.

Hunt, along with her late husband Rob, co-founded Stayz in 2002 with programmer Chris Sharkey.

The 2.4 hectare estate cost $3.2 million in 2006.

Stayz was sold in 2006 for $12.7 million.
