Sydney’s latest development, aptly entitled The Landmark, has recently embarked on the construction of the towering 43-storey building. The momentous day was celebrated with a symbolic soil turning, with special guests including Lane Cover Council Mayor Pam Palmer and General Manager Craig Wrightson in attendance. With architecture led by A+ Design Group, the structure has been inspired by the fluidity of Sydney’s harbour, depicted in the building’s organic, undulating façade. The Landmark is also set to become the tallest mixed-use residential building on Sydney’s lower North Shore, standing at an impressive 138 metres.

“This new piece of iconic architecture will redefine the skyline of St Leonards and give a new identity to the area. We are excited to open a new chapter and to see this life-changing project taking shape. Our architectural vision is becoming a reality.”

Tony Leung, CEO of A+ Design Group

“We are pleased to be working in collaboration with Hutchinson Builders and Warren & Mahoney’s project teams… A+ Design Group are honoured to be appointed as Design Guardian, to ensure design intent and quality standards of the project are met throughout construction.”

The Landmark's residents will enjoy spectacular views of Sydney's harbour, including iconic landmarks such as the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Sydney Opera House. Once built, residents will have access to 5-star resort-style amenities including a luxurious swimming pool, well-equipped music room, sky terrace, a business centre, children’s play centre, an on-site library, private dining room, virtual golf course and state-of-the-art cinema.
