St Ives trophy home sold at $3.1 million

A St Ives trophy home has been sold for $3.1 million.

The family home at 26 Richard Road St Ives sold last Friday.

The five-bedroom home is located on the 950 square metre corner block of Richard Road and Byron Avenue. 

The home features a luxurious two-storey high glass wall overlooking the pool area. 

The property was sold by Raymond Lin at Savills Cordeau Marshall Lindfield. 

The median house price in St Ives is $1.7 million according to CoreLogic RP Data.
