A large family home in St Ives Chase, on Sydney’s North Shore, has sold to a local family for $1,880,000.

101 Warrimoo Avenue is a four bedroom (two bathroom) single level house, situated on a 930 square meter block.

It also has a substantial turfed backyard.

Built in 1987, the home previously sold in 1999 for $533,000.

“There is pent up demand for quality property in Sydney’s North Shore and this sale was an example of how a carefully positioned marketing campaign and quality database can attract strong competition,” said the Director of Residential at Savills Australia, said Chris Orr.

“With 62 inspections over a six day period and a result 12% higher than the client’s expectations, it certainly feels like we’re at the start of another bull market.”
