Splendour in the Grass co-founder Jessica Ducrou and her surfboard shaping partner Dain Thomas have listed in Paddington.

They paid $3.65 million for the renovated four level Glenmore Road terrace in 2017, snapping it up in nine days for more than double its $1.75 million price in 2013.

The home is now a mix of contemporary and classic behind the traditional Victorian façade.

The open floorplan embraces Parisian design elements.

It has four bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Jane Schumann, who sold them the home, has a $4 million guide for its November 2 auction.

Ducrou established Splendour with music industry veteran Paul Piticco in 2001, with Powderfinger headlining the inaugural show.

Ducrou had been taking a break from Rolling Stone magazine, where she worked in accounts, when she met Piticco, who was managing Powerfinger, in a Byron Bay pub.
