Gerron Park, the 45 hectare Wildes Meadow estate, has been listed for sale just six months after it last sold.

It fetched $3.5 million when bought by the Phillips family, now its back for sale for $5.1 million through Richardson & Wrench agent Michael Maloney.

When traded for $3.5 million in September, the hobby farm suited for cattle had been on the market for over 700 days and sold when having a guide of $3.95 million.

It initially sought $4.1 million.

Gerron Park at 131 Wildes Meadow Road went backwards, having sold for $4.1 million in 2007.

On the grounds there's a five bedroom homestead and separate guest accomodation, as well as a heated swimming pool and tennis court.

The grounds with rich red basalt soil feature 13 paddocks, cattle yards, six dams and an old brick dairy.
