A four-bedroom home on Fulham Place, South Yarra, Victoria has been sold off-market for $12.3 million with Jeremy Fox, at RT Edgar taking the credit.

Frank and Sharon Van Haandel, of the Van Haandel Group, owners of the Stokehouse, were the vendors after they were approached.

Title documents show the buyers were Helen and Radek Sali.

It last traded at $354,000 in 1997.

The house was then built on the 969 square metre site.

The couple are currently finishing the Stokehouse restaurant which was razed by fire in January 2014. The roof went on this week.

They are staying in Melbourne, but the Australian Financial Review recently reported they also like the idea of sunshine and getting a house on the Sunshine Coast.
