South Coogee record to be broken with Seaside Parade trophy home

An architectural South Coogee residence with 270-degree panoramas over the coastline and beaches has been listed with suburb record hopes.

Last traded for $7.12 million in 2010, the four level home with views over Lurline Bay has undergone a full renovation.

It has five bedrooms, two kitchens, a sauna and a home theatre room.

An outdoor barbecue entertaining terrace features a heated swimming pool.

No price guide has been offered by Nader Hotait and Phillip Elmowy from Ray White, but their comparable sales in the area range from $10.5 million to $12.5 million.

Even at the lower end of that price range it would beat out the suburb record holder, a four bedroom Alexandria Parade home that sold for $8.5 million in 2015.
