The Kew abode of Slater & Gordon managing director Andrew Grech has been listed for sale. It was bought for $4.51 million in 2008 in his wife, Daniela's name.

The five bedroom, five bathroom mansion sits with 1800 square metres of Paul Bangay-landscaped gardens on one of Studley Park's finest avenues.

The renovated Victorian mansion is marketed as a collaboration between Stephens & Co Architects and Tania Di Lizio interior designers.

The Australian Financial Review suggests it's expected to sell for $10 million plus.
