Sky Racing's Jaimee Rogers sells North Sydney apartment in a week
Sky Racing presenter Jaimee Rogers has scored over $1 million for redundant North Sydney apartment, finding a buyer after just one open.
The two bedroom unit was set to go to auction in mid-October, a few hours before she was set to take to the track to report on the TAB Everest, the world's richest race on turf.
Peter Shiplee at The Agency secured the quick sale.
Rogers bought the apartment with husband David Oliver for $940,000 in 2015.
Set on the ground floor of the Regency Block, the couple’s courtyard Miller St apartment spans 136 sqm. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The couple, who late last year had their first child, son Hudson, are set to upsize to a 1910 Federation home in nearby Cammeray.
They have paid around $1.7 million for the two bedroom, freestanding home with a courtyard garden.
It’s been updated but retained its traditional hallway with decorative archway.
The master suite has stained glass windows and an original fireplace.
Rogers, a former national swimmer who contested the 2000 Sydney Olympic trials, has been at Tabcorp since 2009.
In 2012 comedian Sam Mac’s video parody on Rogers went viral.
It was 2014 she became a mainstay on shows such as Fox Sports’ Matty Johns Show.
Jaimee is also seen regularly on Sky Racing, hosting magazine shows, including Formline Extra.
