Sky News presenter Jacinta Tynan sells in Mosman
There's been some mopping up in Mosman with Sky News presenter Jacinta Tynan finally selling her home.
It was at its September auction that she saw just the one bid for the mid-century modern home.
Passed in at $2.9 million, buyers were continually given a guide of $3 million to $3.3 million throughout its Di Jones marketing. There has been no price reveal.
Tynan, who has been at Sky since 2004, bought the home for $1.8 million in 2011 with her then-partner, funds manager Liam Timms.
There were draft Corben Architect plans that modernised the classic 1960s home that sits on an 820 square metre block.
The four bedroom, two bathroom home had no heritage protection on listing.
Mosman also saw the $3 million sale this week of the bolthole of Channel 9 director Patrick Allaway and wife Elizabeth.
LJ Hooker Avnu agent Michael Coombs had $3 million guidance for the three-bedroom 1920s semi which traded at $3.1 million in 2017.
