Site with potential for apartments in Sydney's Hornsby for sale

A site with a development application (DA) lodged for residential units at Hornsby in Sydney’s north is being offered for sale by Ray White Commercial.

The property at 3-5a Citrus Avenue has a land area of nearly 1,729 sqm.

It is being marketed via expressions of interest closing September 28 by Jeff Moxham, Samuel Hadgelias and Stephen Moses of Ray White Commercial.

Moxham said the DA lodged with Hornsby Shire Council to demolish the existing structures and construct a block of 36 residential was lodged earlier this year and approval is expected shortly.

The site is close to Asquith railway station, shops and schools, added Moxham.
