Sirona Capital managing director Kelvin Flynn sells in Dalkeith

Sirona Capital managing director Kelvin Flynn and wife Vanessa have sold their Dalkeith home for $2,955,000.

It was close to the $3 million plus asking price through Acton Cottesloe agent Deborah Brady.

The four bedroom home set on a 1315 sqm parcel comes with a floodlit tennis court and heated swimming pool.

Kelvin founded the merchant bank in 2009 after spending time at GoldmanSachs.

He is a non-executive director at several mining companies.
