Sydney Kiis FM radio breakfast broadcaster Kyle Sandilands sold his five bedroom St Ives home late last year.

The 39 Bundabah Avenue house had been listed through Chadwick Real Estate with $3 million hopes, achieving $2.9 million.

The now empty, two storey home on 1,600 square metres was bought in 2008 for $1.9 million, shortly before his marriage to pop singer Tamara Jaber.

Kyle Sandilands now rents acreage in Ingleside with girlfriend Imogen Anthony.

CoreLogic RP Data puts the St Ives median house price at around $1.32 million. In 2008 it was sitting in the $900,000s.
