The Port Douglas, Far North Queensland family estate of the Sydney-based Smith property developer family is up for sale.

It comprises The Bali House, Plantation and Meryula.

There is a $10.95 million asking price through Queensland Sotheby's agent Barbara Wolveridge.

The compound, FIRB approved for international buyers, sits in the Sheraton Mirage resort, the development of Christopher Skase's Qintex Group.

The Bali House was the first to be built in the resort.

The 16 bedroom offering comes with three heated pools on the amalgamated 4,265 square metres of beachfront land, which has access to Four Mile Beach.

Another home in the Mirage Resort, Villa 101, has hit the market through The Pink Agency's Callum Jones.

Jones is asking $2.1 million for the four bedroom absolute beachfront.

The owners were provided the very first pick of all premium villas by Skase and they have owned this magnificent villa ever since construction, some 30 years ago.
