Housing in the feeder areas of Sydney's Parramatta Public School and Strathfiled Girls High School had the greatest price growth rate of all Sydney government schools up to April 2015.

New research released by Domain.com.au compared the sale price date against the corresponding school catchment zone for and tracked the price growth rate between property within government school catchment zones across Australia

Housing with in the Cherrybrook Technology High School catchment zone and Cherrybrook Public School featured on both lists.
