Scarborough designer beach house sold for $1.15 million

The Coal Shack, a designer beach house in Scarborough has recently been sold for $1.15 million.

The two bedroom, one bathroom original miner's cottage is situated at 410 Lawrence Hargrave Drive

It was features in Real Living manage June 2017. 

The renovated house comes with designer kitchen, paved entertaining area, established garden oasis, and single garage with rear deck. 

Other features include custom-made joinery, freestanding bathtub, and dual street frontage. 

The house is located within close proximity to Scarborough Hotel, beach, school, park and transport. 

Vanessa Denison-Pender of One Agency Downie & Dension-Pender Thirroul sold the home. 

The property last sold for $836,000 in 2016.
