Savills leases warehouse in Moorabbin to Knight Building Group

Luxury homes designer and builder, Knight Building Group, has agreed terms on a new office/warehouse lease at Moorabbin in Melbourne’s south-east in a deal brokered by Savills Australia.

The 13 Lennox Street property comprises a 1,000 square metre building that includes a warehouse on 900 sqm and the rest for office space.

Knight Building will pay $60,000 per annum on a three-year lease with options. 

Savills director Gareth Jackson, who brokered the deal, said the Melbourne-based firm required a facility to expand its existing Caulfield office to service its bayside projects and that offered easy access to transport links.

The property benefits from easy access to Melbourne’s bayside suburbs via South Road, the Nepean Highway and Dingley Bypass, said Jackson.
