Sandringham trophy home with eight-car garage listed

A luxury Sandringham home, fitted with its own elevator and eight-car garage, has come onto the market.

Situated at 27 Dickin Avenue, the residence features five bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Built on a 971 square metre block, the house has 350 square metres of internal floorspace.

It previously sold in 2019, after being listed for $3.7 million.

The final settlement price was not disclosed.

Sandringham’s median house price is $1.8 million.
