The Osmond hits 50% sold as construction commencement approaches
Adelaide construction firm Sarah Group has struck a chord with buyers at their luxury and sustainable Norwood apartment development, The Osmond.
They've sold half of the 23 Aplin Cook Gardner-designed apartments on Osmond Terrace in Norwood, just a few streets east of the Adelaide CBD.
The Osmond Norwood development comprises two, three, and four-bedroom apartments with tree-framed city views to the west and the Adelaide Hills to the east.
Hitting the 50 per cent milestone recently, SARAH Group, who employs around 500 people, is ready to start the build through its construction arm, Sarah Build.
The Osmond interiors blend subtle tones and natural textures to create an elegant yet warm and inviting atmosphere.
With optional upgrades available, residents have the opportunity to personalize their living spaces according to their tastes and preferences and choose from two distinct interior material palettes.
Double-glazed doors and windows, merging indoor and outdoor living spaces, ensure that every apartment maximises natural light.
The Osmond has been designed for an environmentally sustainable future, with LED and smart lighting on sensors, as well as water-efficient plumbing fittings and energy-efficient appliances, including air conditioning.
The Osmond is aiming for a 7-star rating or better under the Nationwide Housing Energy Rating Scheme.
The environmental impact will be minimised through features like twin garbage chutes supporting waste management with zero landfill goals and a solar system that feeds power back into the building's common areas.
Residents can also opt for an electric vehicle charging station. Parcel lockers are available in The Osmond's podium entrance.
Strategically located at 82 Osmond Terrace, The Osmond places residents on the doorstep of urban shopping. The Norwood Place shopping mall is a mere eight-minute walk west, offering a myriad of retail therapy.
The Osmond is slated for completion by the end of 2025.
