Buyers of Grace Apartments, the second apartment building at the $400 million Glenside development by Cedar Woods have begun moving into their new homes.

The new residents will see the residential community at Glenside grow to more than 300.

Designed by leading South Australian architects Hames Sharley, Grace is a boutique four-storey apartment building incorporating 44 spacious one, two and three-bedroom apartments.

Grace offers Glenside’s first three-bedroom penthouses and sub-penthouses, and features incredible community amenities, including the recently-completed 15,000sqm main reserve, Glenside Park.

“Driving past Glenside and seeing the construction when we first came back to Adelaide [got us interested]”, said buyers Callan and Anna.

“We thought, ‘Wow, if we are staying in Adelaide, that would be the perfect spot.’”

Grace boasts views of Glenside’s state-listed heritage buildings, as well as includes generous open-plan living spaces, large balconies, gourmet kitchens and secure basement parking.

“Because Cedar Woods is a listed company, we could do our own research, too and find out if we could trust them. And the foundation here was already laid, so we knew that it was going to happen. Botanica was already built, so it was easier for us to envision that this would become such a great space to live”, Callan and Anna said.

In July, Cedar Woods launched Glenside’s third apartment building, Monarch, to the public.

The boutique six-storey apartment building will incorporate 51 luxury one, two and three-bedroom apartments, overlooking Glenside’s Linear Reserve and community park.

Monarch has been designed with a high-level of sustainability and energy saving features including solar powered communal areas, provision for electric car charging and zero landfill target waste management system.

“Apartment living at Glenside is unique because residents are stepping outside their

front door into glorious established grounds with mature trees, community parks and lush, green landscaping, yet they’re only minutes from the CBD”, Cedar Woods development director Mark Pivovaroff said.

Glenside will see the continued transformation of the 16-hectare site into a master-planned community with new homes and high quality landscaped public spaces as well as walking and cycling trails.
