Peterborough is the cheapest locality in South Australia to purchase a house, according to Investar’s latest report.
The property investment firm says that houses in Peterborough can be purchased at around a $110,000 median.
This is followed by Coober Pedy with $119,000 and Port Pirie with $139,000.
