Nailsworth scores 22% median house price growth: Investar
Nailsworth ranks among the highest house median price growth suburbs in Adelaide, according to a recent Investar report.
The property investment firm says that in the last year Nailsworth’s house median price jumped by 22% in the 12 months to March 2017.
This was followed by Mile End with 20% and Woodville Park, Birkenhead and Dernancourt with 18%.
