Roseville trophy home sold for $3.4 million

A five bedroom, two bathroom Roseville home has sold for $3.41 million.

The bungalow has interiors by the interior designer Briony Fitzgerald.

It gardens were by Peter Fudge, the brother of the vendor.

It went to recent auction through Ray White Upper North Shore agent Lisa Davies who had a guide of $3.4 million.

It last sold at $1.485 million in 2005.
