Restaurateur Rinaldo 'Ronnie' Di Stasio has sold his St Kilda West home for $2.3 million, located just round the corner from his eatery, the iconic Italian cafe, Cafe Di Stasio. 

Di Stasio paid $210,000 in 1990 for the elegant double fronted Victorian which has undergone a recent modernisation.

Listed through Peter Simmons Real Estate, the home comes with three bedrooms and one bathroom.

A secure walled garden features an alfresco dining area under a lavish green canopy on 287 sqm.
